Cabin Leading
Are you ages 16 or 17, or going into grades 11 or 12? Junior leadership is the perfect space for you! Junior cabin leaders assist senior cabin leadership on the front lines in the cabins and during camp activities, and get to provide leadership and spiritual guidance, with support, to our campers.
Cabin leading is an exciting role! Placed in a cabin with 5-8 campers aged 8-12, you will have an incredible week, fostering cabin culture, guiding kids through the camp schedule, and providing spiritual leadership. All this, while being a part of our incredible camp staff team, bringing the heart behind Evergreen to life!
We are looking to build our core team of senior cabin leaders aged 18 and above, who have successfully completed high school. Our Senior leaders are all-stars who provide mentorship to campers and junior staff alike. They model excellence in thought, speech and action, and foster a safe culture for kids to experience Christ.
If you are over the age of 18, and looking for a space to serve God and young people through a variety of senior leadership positions, we encourage you to apply through our staff link! Positions include but are not limited to worship leading, running sound and media, nursing, arts and crafts, programming, and much more. Even if you've never been to camp, it's never too late to join the staff team!
